CAUSE
The injection valve pod is not secured tightly by the grub screw. Flow is not being diverted from the needle when the instrument goes to sample from vials.
Needle leaking around barrel
FIX or WORKAROUND
Fit the injection valve cartridge correctly.
Replace needle
