If you already know the part numbers for the items needed, they can be ordered in one of two ways:

1) Through the Waters website: 

• https://www.waters.com/nextgen/us/en.html
• Type the part number or SKU number in the search field.
• If the part is available for purchase through the website, you will bounce to the item and see the description and price.
• Select the quantity and add the item to your cart.
• Go to the cart to provide payment and shipping information.

2) Call Waters Customer Service at 800 252 4752. Follow the prompts to the customer service group.

Note that not all spare parts can be ordered through the website. If the part number does not come up on the website, contact Waters Customer Service.

If you do not know the part number or if you need clarification on a part number, call the Expert Center in your local geography.

Many spare parts for the instrument have two part numbers, an Engineering Code and an Ordering Code. In some cases, the two numbers are the same, but more often they are not. It is not uncommon for the box in which a part is shipped to be labeled with the Ordering Code and the packaging inside the box (bag, sleeve, or other) to be labeled with the Engineering code.
