SYMPTOMS

CAUSE

Blockage in flow cell

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Sonicate the entire cell in a beaker of warm water, and then backflush with the cell out of the instrument.
2. Dry fully before refitting to instrument.
3. Try backflushing the cell at low flow rate before sonicating.  
4. If blockage persists, replace the flow cell (WAT057919 - 2996 Analytical cell 10 mm). (WAS081140 - 2487/2489 ANALYTICAL CELL)
