- Instrument shows correct flow, but pressure is very low
- Error occurs within a few minutes of starting flow
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC BSM
- ACQUITY I-CLASS BSM
- ACQUITY H-CLASS QSM
- ACQUITY M-CLASS BSM
CAUSE
Solvent bottle is out of mobile phase.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace empty bottle(s) with new bottle(s) of fresh mobile phase.
- Prime each line for five minutes.
