• Peaks not found error on startup of TUV detector
• Detector lamp lighting failure/error
• New lamp
• Low energy counts at 230 nm

CAUSE

Dirty or damaged flow cell

FIX or WORKAROUND

Clean the flow cell and power cycle the detector. If unsuccessful, replace the flow cell.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Install a shunt flow cell (700002825), try initializing the TUV, and check the energy counts. If it initializes without errors and energy increases, replace the flow cell (205015016).
