CAUSE
Dirty or damaged flow cell
FIX or WORKAROUND
Clean the flow cell, power cycle the detector and if unsuccessful, replace flow cell
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Install Shunt flow cell (700002825) and try initializing the TUV and check the energy counts. If it initializes without errors and energy increases, replace the flow cell part number: 205015016
