CAUSE
The Agilent PreConfiguration utility is used to add a headspace prior to adding the GC. When selecting the "Upload Configuration" button for the headspace, the error " 14: Required license key not given" appears.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Add the GC first, then the headspace, in the Agilent PreConfiguration utility.
