- “Wavelength verification failure” error during the initial diagnosis
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC PDA Detector
CAUSE
Air in the cell or UV absorption from solvent in cell
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Turn on the PDA detector with the flow on in advance.
- If the solvent currently filling the PDA detector cell is a solvent miscible with methanol,
turn on the detector with methanol running.
