SYMPTOMS
- Needle wash is primed for analysis
- After analysis, the yellow needle wash waste line is dry when priming the first time
- Tubing is free of kinks (see article 19856: Alliance 2695 Carryover)
ENVIRONMENT
- 2695 Separations Module
CAUSE
The green needle wash tubing is loose from the seal pack.
FIX or WORKAROUND
1. Reconnect the loose tubing at the seal pack.
2. Prime needle wash.
