SYMPTOMS
- Plate is not removed from shelf completely
- Error: "Organizer Transfer Shuttle homing error"
- Mostly lower self positions in the sample organizer (position 2 and 3) are affected. The plates and shelves for these positions don't sem to line up correctly when transferring
- All other shelves operate normally
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer
- ACQUITY UPLC Common Platform Sample Organizer (CPSO)
CAUSE
- Damaged Igus E-chain for ACQUITY UPLC Sample Organizer
- Damaged Igus E-chain for CPSO
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the Igus E-chain.
