- During initialization and position selection, carousel lags, skips, or is slow
- Sample compartment floor and bottom of trays are free of dirt and foreign matter (ref. Error: Carousel Carrier Malfunction)
- No error occurs
ENVIRONMENT

- 2695 Separations Module
CAUSE
The carousel drive shaft is worn and slipping.
FIX or WORKAROUND
1. Replace the Carousel/Carriage Drive Assembly, PN WAT270928.
