System over pressure can can result from a clog in many places. To verify that it is in the needle and to attempt flushing it out, do the following:

Disable motors in the Sample Manager console. Pull the needle up from the wash station (it should not be in the seat position because then the particle could get pushed in and clog the injection port seat instead).

Verify that the injection valve is in the inject position and pump through the needle. Look for a significant drop in pressure, which indicates that the clogged particle has been washed out. You should see solvent coming out of the needle tip.
