Either assembly can be modified for the the opposite position

700003114 for the Ferrule, peek, 1/16 HPFT, PKG 10, which is the beige front ferrule

700003168 for the COLLET, reuseable, HPFT, PKG 10, which is the metal middle ferrule if you are unable to remove them from the existing unit

700003169 for the COMP, SCREW, HPFT, GOLD, w/ HOLES, PKG 10 which is the gold end ferrule to attach to a column
