CAUSE
Debris or obstruction in the injection port/wash station
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Take apart the injection port/wash station and clean debris or obstruction from component assembly.
- Follow the procedure found in the user and maintenance manual, ACQUITY UPLC SM-FTN overview and maintenance guide
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Look out for buffer salts around the spring cup, compression spring and inner wall of the wash station.
