- RSD is failing Height in SQT
- Injection volumes are accurate
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC System
- 2695 Separations Module
CAUSE
Bubbles in system or inadequate purging injector
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Prime and purge solvent lines and injector several cycles.
- Perform compression check, verify it passed.
- Rerun standards to retest the %RSD.
