No instruments populating in the ACQUITY Console.
The power outage caused a corruption in the ICOPs, the Console, or both.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Restore the computer to the day before the power outage.
NOTE: If using MassLynx, you must back up all data before rolling back the PC - see article #10059
