ACQUITY UPLC Column Manager active preheater (APH) is leaking or broken - WKB14176

SYMPTOMS

• Active preheater is broken and leaks at fittings, or cracked tubing
• abnormal peak shape, lower than expected peak area and height
• Replacement ferrules do not fit onto the APH

APH tubing breakage due to frequent column changes
