Bad Ethernet connection between PC and 2695
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reseat the Ethernet cable.
- Check connections from instrument to Ethernet switch to computer.
- Shutdown the computer, unplug the Ethernet switch, power off the instruments.
- Power on the computer, wait until idle at the Windows desktop.
- Plug in the Ethernet switch.
- Power on the instruments.
- Log in to Empower and restart the run.
