Cannot create system with BusSAT/IN in Empower - WKB13568

SYMPTOMS

• Bus SAT/IN is not listed on the instruments tab of node properties
• BusLAC/E status is booted OK
• BusLAC/E driver is installed

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower
• Bus SAT/IN module

CAUSE

Bus SAT/IN is not configured on the serial ports tab of node properties.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Under BusLAC/E Serial Ports, select SAT/IN from the drop-down menu for port 1.
   
2. Click OK.
3. Return to node properties. "SAT/IN 1" and "SAT/IN 2" are listed in the Instruments tab of node properties.
4. Create system.
