How to prime the ACQUITY from Run Samples - WKB1323

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

 Prime the ACQUITY from Run Samples.

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY
• Empower

PROCEDURE

1. Log in to Empower.
2. Click on Browse Projects.
3. Select the Project name.
4. From the Project window, click Tools > Run Samples.
5. In Run Samples, open the Console by clicking on the icon (see the first screen shot).
6. From the Console, click on ACQUITY UPLC System. The System Startup window appears (see the second screen shot ).
7. Make your choices by clicking the appropriate check boxes, and then click Start.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Alternatively, you can launch the ACQUITY Standalone Console from C:\Empower\Instruments\Bin\ACQUITYConsole.exe standalone.

If you use MassLynx or third-party software, you can find the ACQUITY Console under C:\Program Files(x86)\Waters Instruments\Bin\ACQUITYConsole.exe standalone.
