Information on restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS) is available on the Waters website in the RoHS Statement. Instruments bearing the CE mark comply with RoHS requirements. To determine which instruments bear the CE mark, review the instrument-specific Declaration of Conformity on www.waters.com. Note that RoHS requirements did not apply to Waters products until 2016, so products manufactured earlier than that do not bear the CE label.
