ACQUITY SM-FTN needle leaks - WKB125020

SYMPTOMS

• Lower than expected system pressure
• Higher pressure when injection valve is in Load position
• Drops of solvent in sample manager
• Fails needle seal readiness test with negative value

CAUSE

• Solvent leaks through break in needle.

FIX or WORKAROUND

• Replace the needle
