STRATEGY

1. Clean the flow cell (refer to Controlling Contamination in LC/MS Systems - Best Practices). 
2. If cleaning does not improve the issue, replace the flow cell (WKB30090).
3. Prime the sample manager thoroughly and run leak tests (WKB5971).
