2707 Autosampler does not proceed while waiting for injection - WKB118422

SYMPTOMS

• Even if analysis is started, it may not proceed while waiting for injection
• There are times when the analysis proceeds normally and times when it does not

ENVIRONMENT

• 2707 Sample Manager
• 2707 instrument method > Event tab > [Pause injection] is set

CAUSE

Cable at I/O connector has bare wires exposed, occasionally short-circuiting.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Ensure that I/O cables are properly isolated.
