CAUSE
The seal port tubing fitting is screwed into port 6 instead of port 1 on the injection valve. The active preheater is screwed into port 1 instead of port 6 on the injection valve.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Connect the needle and the active preheater to the correct ports on the injection valve
