SYMPTOMS
- Leaking seal wash line between primary and accumulator
ENVIRONMENT
- Alliance HPLC System
- 2695 Separations Module
- 2695D Dissolution Separations Module
- 2795 Separations Module
CAUSE
- Seal wash line is worn out and crimped.
- Blockage (kink or bent) found within the waste line
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Cut off the ends of the seal wash line to create good contact into the seal wash housing.
- Prime the seal wash and check for leaks.
- straighten the waste line
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If the tubing has been cut back multiple times it may need replacing (WAT270988)
