How to change the sample syringe draw rate on ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - WKB112505

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Change the sample syringe draw rate to either slow down or speed up sample uptake during injections.

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager 
• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Flow Through Needle PLUS (SM-FTN PLUS)

PROCEDURE

1. In the method editor, select the sample manager.
2. Select the Advanced tab in the bottom-right of the window.
   1. 
3. The first line in the Advanced window will be sample syringe draw rate. Specify the value in µL/min instead of automatic.
