Communication failure in all Empower 3 instruments after relocation - WKB109545

SYMPTOMS
- When attempting to configure system > node properties > instrument after relocation, all communication fails.
- All instruments pass initialization.
ENVIRONMENT
- 2695 Separations Module
- Empower 3 Personal
CAUSE
Wrong Ethernet interface is connected.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Confirm the IP address from Network and Instrument setting.
- Switch instrument Ethernet cable to the correct Ethernet interface with IP address of 192.168.0.1 or 172.16.0.1.
- Restart the computer and instruments.
