Yes. The seal wash is an open system that is not under pressure. The seal wash solvent does not get into the system, so it is acceptable to get some air bubbles in that line. But be sure that there is no leaking from the sides of the pumps, which would indicate incorrect installment of the seal wash tubing back into the pump.
