CAUSE
Indirect cause - rapid increase in ambient temperature and humidity due to air conditioning failure
Direct cause - humid air on the optic sensor
FIX or WORKAROUND
Dry the sensor and the inside of the sample manager.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
