SYMPTOMS
- Despite all the sample of the sample set has been injected, the result set appear as acquiring and you are nor available to edit it and recover the data.
- You may get an error message similar to this "Error. Oops! Something went wrong. GetWorkflowExceptionSummaryAsync failed, Http failure response for https://localhost:48453/RoutineQuanService/workflowExceptionSummary/v1/6df9b785-dfff-4071-9530- 7dee7d88a564/getWorkflowExceptionSummary?culture=en-US: 500 Internal Server Error"
ENVIRONMENT
- waters_connect
- MSQuan app (all versions up to and including 2.1.0)
CAUSE
One of the Levels has been assigned a value of zero (0). MSQuan does not support using standards with a concentration of zero
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Change the value of the zero level standard to 0.00001
- Reprocess the data
