MSQuan result set becomes stuck in acquiring - WKB310234

SYMPTOMS

• Despite all of the samples in a sample set having been injected, the result set appears as acquiring, and you cannot edit it and recover the data

ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect
• MSQuan app (all versions up to and including 2.1.0)

CAUSE

One of the Levels was assigned a value of zero (0). MSQuan does not support using standards with a concentration of zero.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Modify the method so that a standard with Level = 0 is not selected.
2. Reprocess the acquired data.
