Creating large pdf in Waters Connect - WKB279383

SYMPTOMS

• When exporting Waters Connect reports with many pages the pdf files are 0kB and contains nothing.
• Document show up in printer que but then disappears and only an empty pdf is created. 

ENVIRONMENT

• Waters Connect 3.2
• Microsoft Print to PDF

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Configure the Microsoft Print to PDF to "Start printing after the last page is spooled", found under Manage/Advanced. 
2. If the above fix does not work then using the printer settings reduce the number of pages to between 10 and 20 at a time and print in sections.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The signature page will still print separately using the second method so will not allow you to select the last page in the report to print
