SYMPTOMS

• When exporting waters_connect reports with many pages, the .pdf files are 0 kB and contain nothing
• Document shows up in printer queue but then disappears; only an empty .pdf is created 

ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect 3.2
• Microsoft Print to PDF

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Under Manage/Advanced, configure Microsoft Print to PDF to "Start printing after the last page is spooled". 
2. If unsuccessful, use the printer settings to reduce the number of pages to between 10 and 20 at a time and print in sections.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Using the second method, the signature page will still print separately, so you cannot select the last page in the report to print.
