ENVIRONMENT

• waters_connect with UNIFI 1.9.13
• waters_connect with UNIFI 2.1.2
• waters_connect with UNIFI 3.0.0
• waters_connect 3.1.0

CAUSE

The Printer Spooler Service is disabled.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Re-enable and start the Printer Spooler Service.
2. Ensure that there are no local IT policies applied that will disable Printer Spooler Service

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• You can confirm the service is truly running by running netstat from command line on the server
  
  c:\>netstat -anob
   
• This should report the spoolersv.exe is running
