UNIFI is taking a long time to process - WKB9259

SYMPTOMS

UNIFI taking more than a day to process.

ENVIRONMENT

UNIFI Xevo G2-XS

CAUSE

There is no lock mass data.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the analysis method and browse to the Instruments tab.
2. Select the Mass Spectrometer and go to the LockSpray tab.
3. Select a LockSpray profile that is set up with the LC functioning that is suitable for this method. 
4. Save or update the analysis method.
5. Collect the data using the modified method. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Set up the LockSpray with the desolvation temperature the same as that in the analysis method and the LC flowing.
