SYMPTOMS

• Exporting reports to PDF does not work on UNIFI network
• No errors (in neither UNIFI nor Windows event logs); page just keeps loading

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9 SR4

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Install a third-party PDF writer, such as doPDF.
2. Use the third-party PDF writer to print reports to PDF files.
