- No databases for Chemspider are displayed when using the Discovery Tool or Chemspider Search
- UNIFI states that Chemspider cannot be reached
ENVIRONMENT
- UNIFI v1.9.4
CAUSE
Chemspider is down due to server maintenance.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Wait for the Chemspider server maintenance to complete.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The UNIFI API Product Owner plans on contacting Chemspider to determine how situations like this can be avoided in the future, or at least figure out how we can be notified so that any issues that arise through customer support can be cross-referenced with any maintenance or outages at Chemspider.
