Start of data collection fails in UNIFI with ACQUITY UPLC I-Class PLUS FTN and BSM - WKB49100

SYMPTOMS
- Mid sample set, the sample list stops and both the FTN and BSM show a "Failed to start collecting data" error message on the side panel
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class PLUS FTN
- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class PLUS BSM
- UNIFI
CAUSE
The active preheater (APH) drops out briefly and then connects again, resulting in a spike in the APH temperature.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reseat or replace the active preheater (APH).
