"Exception thrown" error message in UNIFI - WKB426

SYMPTOMS

• When attempting to make an analysis, the following "exception thrown" message appears:

An error occurred whilst interacting with hosted content.

Exception thrown when calling IUIAccessReceiver.DeliveryCompleted() for a portal item.

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.7.1
• UNIFI Network

CAUSE

The Microsoft hotfixes KB 3153171 and KB 3153731 are installed on the server.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove the hotfixes from the server.
2. Reboot the server.
