In UNIFI, the system is stuck at "busy" - WKB256701

SYMPTOMS

• UNIFI launches but the acquisition is stuck and unavailable
• Console shows that the system is busy
• There are several sample lists and startups that are queued and cannot be aborted or stopped
• Cannot stop the WatServiceHost service because of a lack of OS rights

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-XS
• UNIFI
• Waters_Connect

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Exit the software.
2. Reboot the PC.
3. Reset electronics to the MS.
