SYMPTOMS

CAUSE
Client PC uses the wrong IP address for the Domain Name Server (DNS).
FIX or WORKAROUND
Update the DNS server IP address.
Or, perhaps the local hosts file needs the server IP address updated or added.
The client host file is located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and can be edited using Notepad.
