How to change the retention time range for 3D Peak processing in UNIFI - WKB24960

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Process only part of the acquired run time.

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.2
• Accurate Mass Screening on MSe data analysis type

PROCEDURE

1. Open the Analysis method.
2. Browse to the Processing tab.
3. In the Peak Processing Settings section, select Find 3D Peaks.
4. In the 3D Peak Detection pane, go to the Retention time range section. 
5. Select the check box for "Manually-specified retention time range" and specify the start and end times (as shown in the red insert).
6. Save the method.
7. Reprocess data.
