ANSWER

The use of remote connection software such as Windows RDP or TeamViewer is not part of any formal testing. These third-party software packages are totally external to waters_connect and should have no impact if the user permissions are maintained and the screen resolution is replicated. Any issues with such software would be reported in a WKB article.

Our software is supported only on a Local Area Network (LAN) that consists of local physical connections. Wide Area networks over different sites and geographies and WIFI are not supported. For example, a user cannot have waters_connect installed on a laptop and then connect from home over a VPN connection to the waters_connect server.
