Cannot activate licenses in UNIFI - WKB24064

SYMPTOMS

• When activating the Glycan GU Library licenses in UNIFI, a window ("Cannot Activate Licenses") appears, along with the error "87 license keycode cannot be activated on this UNIFI installation"
• When activating the Glycan Library licenses individually, the RFMS and 2AB licenses activate with no issue, but the above error appears for the 2AA Library.

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI v1.8.2
• 2AA Glycan GU Library

CAUSE

The UNIFI version is 1.8.2.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Upgrade to UNIFI v1.9.2 before activating the 2AA Glycan GU Library.
