Cannot import MassLynx data file into UNIFI - WKB23718

SYMPTOMS

• One MassLynx raw data file cannot be imported into UNIFI
• Other MassLynx raw data files can be imported into UNIFI

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.2
• UNIFI 1.9 SR 4

CAUSE

The file is missing from the MassLynx raw data folder, or the MassLynx raw data file is corrupted.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Find the missing file, put it back in the .raw data folder, and reimport into UNIFI.
2. If that is not possible, reacquire data.
