ANSWER

Only compounds with the Generate Transformations check box selected in the Manage Components window

can be searched for metabolites based on the settings for Transformations in the Processing window of the Analysis Method.

While the Analysis Method for pathway profiling already shows the Generate Transformations check box, in Analysis Method for screening processing, the Generate Transformations check box is hidden.

You must show the Generate Transformations column by right-clicking on the header of the Manage Components window and selecting Show Columns.
