OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Add a sequence to a peptide/protein item in a scientific library in UNIFI.

The *.fasta sequences can be copied/downloaded from Uniprot.
UNIFI´s built-in amino acid library converts the single letter code into mass information, as well as the modification that could be carried by specific amino acids.
If an amino acid modifier that you want to use does not appear, you can add a new modifier to the database by following the KCS article How to create an amino acid modifier in UNIFI - WKB5940.
