ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The *.fasta sequences can be copied/downloaded from Uniprot.
- UNIFI´s built-in amino acid library converts the single letter code into mass information, as well as the modification that could be carried by specific amino acids.
- If an amino acid modifier that you want to use does not appear, you can add a new modifier to the database by following the KCS article How to create an amino acid modifier in UNIFI - WKB5940.
