Cannot bring system online in UNIFI - WKB16853

SYMPTOMS

• Cannot bring system online
• Error: "LND has thrown a fault; cannot proceed with this operation"

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.8.2 Workstation

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go to the Device Management section of UNIFI Administration.
2. In the Workstation section, right-click on the listed workstation and choose Reset Device.
3. Once the device successfully resets, go to the Systems tab and change the status of the system to Online.
