Unable to print report or export to a PDF - WKB122841

SYMPTOMS

• Report cannot be printed using “Report print”
• Nothing generated by “PDF export”

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.9.4 and earlier
• waters_connect, all versions

CAUSE

The Print Spooler service is stopped on the workstation or server.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Start the Print Spooler service in Service Management, or restart if the appropriate rights are not available.
2. Click Print report and select Printer “Print to PDF", or click Export PDF to export report to PDF document.
