- Tray type is a GlycoWorks tray, not the ANSI-48 Vial 2 mL Holder
ENVIRONMENT

- waters_connect/UNIFI
CAUSE
In the analysis, the tray type is not set correctly.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- In the analysis, select add or remove sample trays:
- Select the desired tray:

The software will use the last tray selected for the next analysis created under the active username.
