Unable to process data in DynamX - WKB53369

SYMPTOMS

• Error appears when trying to process data:  Error: Calculate MSResolution: Lock Mass Function absent or empty 

ENVIRONMENT

• DynamX HDX Data Analysis Software 3.0

CAUSE

Data was acquired with the wrong Lock Mass acquisition setting (the "Acquire Lockspray - apply calibration" option is selected).

FIX or WORKAROUND

Re-acquire data, ensuring that the data is in continuum mode and that the "Acquire Lockspray - Do Not Apply Correction" option is selected.
